That sounds cool, but 10:00p.m.?  That will be a lot of hassle for us who live in the HK island and don't have a folding bike to cross the harbour.

Hey - you can come and join Critical Mass any time. We ride in a group so that other road users (and pedestrians) notice us and become more aware of cyclists.

Our usual riding day is the last Sunday of each month (morning/lunch) but other times - maybe weekday evenings - could be just fine too.

Join the group, and keep up with what we are doing:

I think the original post refer to the Critical Mass in October 2005?

Anyway the usual Critical Mass Rides (CMR) to be held on Sunday morning/noon should be of no problem to me.  For the ad-hoc ones perhaps we could use the service of rented van to cross the harbour, a solid proof that the public transport is simply not good enough.

A few years ago I have even consider as far as buying a kit to convert my bike into an aqua bike and pedal across the harbour. However I am afraid that I will be arrested for breaking some marine law.
